Reporting
When the Reporting icon has been clicked in the Repexel Menu, the Reporting taskpane will be opened. In Repexel you can manage the Entries of Tables, that has been created in the Repexel solution you are using.

In the Reporting taskpane you'll see all the available reporting templates for you in the current instance. Each template in the list has action buttons on the right.
Managing, Adding and Deleting Entries
You can manage, add and modify entries either one by one in a form or multiple in a worksheet table. You can also select an entry from the worksheet table to be opened in a form and modify it.
Filter Entries for modification
By clicking the filter button () you will be directed to new page, where you can filter and specify the data that will be retrieved and that you can modify. When saving the data to the database, all the entries based on the filters will be totally replaced by the modified entries. That also means that entries that have been removed form the worksheet table will be removed from the database when the tabel is saved.
Add Entry
By clicking Add button () an empty form (Entry Form) will be opened in a new worksheet. You can add a new entry using the form. The same form can be used to modify existing entries, when the selected existing Entry/ies have been loaded using Filter option.
Upload new Entries
If you click the Table button () then a empty Entries Table of respective report is opened. Entries Table will opened without any Time or Field filters. For the Entries Table new entries can be entered and uploaded to the database. In case there any entry in the datebase table, that has same values as the new entries, then the exiating entry will be replaced.
